John Papapavlou is a founding partner of PM Law Firm who has devoted his career to fighting for victims who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. He grew up in Houston — spending five childhood years in Greece — and graduated from Klein High School before pursuing higher education.

John earned his Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from Baylor University, continued his studies at Villanova University, and received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. He has handled hundreds of motor vehicle accident, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith cases, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

John is fluent in Greek and serves Houston's Greek-speaking community with the same dedication he brings to every client.

Porya Mostaghimi is a founding partner of The PM Law Firm, PLLC. Raised in Houston, Porya earned his undergraduate degree with high honors from the University of Houston before attending Baylor School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers — an honor recognizing exceptional trial advocacy skills.

Licensed in Texas since 2008, Porya has dedicated his career to representing policyholders and personal injury claimants who have been wrongfully denied or underpaid. He is passionate about providing efficient, effective advocacy and remains deeply committed to achieving justice for his clients.

Porya is fluent in Farsi, allowing him to serve Houston's Persian-speaking community in their native language.

Ray Al D. Alcantara was born in Manila, Philippines and relocated to Lake Charles, Louisiana in 1990. Before pursuing law, Ray spent six years in the commercial underwriting department at Capital One Bank — experience that gives him a distinct edge when fighting insurance companies on behalf of his clients.

Ray earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from McNeese State University and his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He joined PM Law Firm as an associate in 2019, and his primary practice is litigation. He is especially experienced in commercial carrier cases involving FedEx and UPS, as well as trucking accidents, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death claims.

Aaron G. Misley is a Houston native who brings an energetic and distinctive background to the practice of law. Before law school, Aaron worked as a gymnast and performing artist, and gained commercial real estate experience through bookkeeping and property management during his undergraduate years.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University before receiving his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 2023. He has been a part of PM Law Firm since 2020 — first as a law student and then as a licensed associate attorney. Aaron is energetic, dedicated, and committed to bringing the full force of his skills and experience to every client he serves.
